The types of personal data we collect
Hr-tourism collects personal and other data from persons referring to data in the European Economic Area (EEA) who visit this website (“Visitors to the EEA Website”) or who are individual representatives of current, former or future corporate clients, suppliers and business partners (“EEA Business Contacts”).
Hr-tourism can collect the following types of data:

Hr-tourism does not seek to collect personal data that discloses racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership or genetic data, biometric data for the sole purpose of identifying a natural person, health data or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person.
Purposes of the processing of personal data, legal basis
Hr-tourism processes the personal data of EU persons to whom the data refers for the following purposes:
• Provision of our products and services.
• Register, manage and maintain user accounts on our site.
• Maintain CVs published on this site and ensure their availability.

For visitors to the EEA website, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by hr-tourism is as follows: (i) the performance of the contract in relation to any registration, CV and job application information you provide; and (ii) consent to the use of certain cookies while browsing the site, where unregistered users sign up for job posting emails and where registered and unregistered users sign up to receive marketing emails. For EEA Business Contacts who are current customers, suppliers and business partners of hr-tourism, our legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the execution of the contract between us.
We may also process personal information when it is in our legitimate interest to do so and when our interests are not set aside by the effects on the data subject. Our legitimate interests include marketing, selling and providing our products and services, developing and improving products, understanding our users’ behavior, activities, preferences and needs, and protecting and preventing fraud. as well as compliance with applicable legal requirements, court decisions, legal proceedings, document requests and industry standards and our policies.
Recipients of personal data
We share the personal information we collect from visitors to the EEA website with third-party employers, recruitment companies and other companies purchasing our services. When a visitor to the EEA website submits a job application to a company through that website, the information provided by him / her may become part of that company ‘s database. Similarly, if a company downloads a resume from the resume database, this information may become part of that company’s database. These service providers are required by contract and by law to use or disclose the information as required to provide services on our behalf or as otherwise required by law. Should we know that a service provider uses or discloses personal information in a manner incompatible with this Privacy Statement, hr-tourism will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop such improper use and / or disclosure.
In addition, when hr-tourism acts as a service provider (data controller) to its customers (data controllers), hr-tourism may have customer data containing information defined as personal data. In the performance of these services, hr-tourism does not process, store or manipulate personal data in any way other than that specified by the data controller. Shelf life
Personal data is retained by hr-tourism for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Registration, curriculum vitae and job applications of visitors to the EEA website are stored until the date on which the contract between us expires or when the data subject asks us to delete his or her data. For the protection of cookies, please refer to the cookie policy. Personal data for job creation emails and marketing emails are retained until the data subject can unsubscribe from such emails. The professional contact details for the EEA Business Contacts are kept until they ask us to delete their data. All other personal data related to the EEA Business Contacts which are current customers, suppliers and business partners are stored until the end of the contract between us.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to request access, correction and deletion of your personal information we have collected. You also have the right to restrict or oppose the processing of your data by us and to oppose any decision based solely on the automated processing of your data by us.
