Evaluation of candidates in a three-stage interview!
After the successful submission of the CV by each candidate, HR Tourism proceeds with the process of three interviews.
The 3 stages are the following:
- Telephone interview
- Personal interview with human resources associate with psychometric tests and skills assessment questionnaires
- Interview with an experienced partner based on the candidate’s speciality (e.g A cook will be evaluated by a qualified chef)

- As an employer, you can see the evaluated or non-evaluated CVs without their contact details
- In the evaluated CVs, you will be able to see the questionnaires with their answers
- If you are interested in any of the CVs, you can choose the package that suits you and you‘ll be able to see all the information you want

- CVs that do not include contact details will have been checked by us.
Then, we will send them to you but you’ll not be able to have access to this information. - The main reason is to avoid employment relationships between employees and candidates.
- Based on the job qualifications, you‘ll receive at least 3 CVs.
- Full Access in the database of the CVs for each employer after the process of registration and purchase of a similar package.
- Î’ased on the conditions set by the employer in Application Form, Hr Tourism will send and place the employee in the business.
